As a Solution Architect at Sycope, you'll have the unique opportunity to influence our product strategy and enhance its applications by working closely with our esteemed Customers and Partners.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all technical aspects throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, proofs of concept, customer onboarding, and management of feature requests.
• Swiftly respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Support our marketing team in spotting opportunities for product marketing collateral expansion, thus aiding in closing sales opportunities.
• Attentively heed customer requirements to channel constructive product feedback and feature requests to our product management team.
• Collaborate with the account team to meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly booking objectives.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetups.
• Travel to customer meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least three years of experience in a high-tech sales/solution engineering or systems/network engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English and knowledge of other languages, such as German, would be beneficial.
• The ability to conduct technical discussions with prospects at all levels, from staff-level engineers and architects to high-ranking executives.
• Solid understanding of network and application protocols (e.g., Netflow, TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Expertise in network security aspects (e.g., DDoS attacks and mitigation methods).
