To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the United Kingdom to work with our growing European Sales Team. It is an opportunity to join the fastest developing IT Network Monitoring startup, work with some of the best engineers in the industry. The Sales Manager is responsible for self-generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new/existing business, and achieving individual sales quotas. This full sales cycle role requires the successful candidate to hunt and find new prospects and progress with leads from channel and marketing.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling and closing deals directly with channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sycope Distributor and support Partners/Customers in the UK and Ireland Region.
  • Schedule meetings with the Partner/Distributor Sales team for new opportunities
  • Generate interest and create opportunities with new prospects
  • Emphasise product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms.
  • Qualify prospective customers and understand an organization’s business
  • Drive interest in and schedule meetings at industry events throughout the calendar year
  • Create strategic activities leading up to industry events to allow the entire sales team to execute during event meetings efficiently
  • Meet your quarterly and yearly targets

Qualifications

  • At least three years experience as a BDM/Sales/Partner Sales in the enterprise software space.
  • Basic knowledge about Networking and Network Monitoring Tools
  • Native or fluent English
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (ability to have strong written skills in English)
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Executive maturity with the ability to develop strong relationships across all levels
  • Have a proactive work style that ensures you stay in touch with remote teams, managers to keep aligned and productive.
