Meet the team

Sycope was created and developed by engineers, who have been working on the issues of network performance, application efficiency and IT security for over 20 years.

Using the solutions from global APM/NPM and SIEM providers, they have completed more than 400 projects for such customers as Franklin Templeton Investment, The Ministry of Defense, NATO, National Bank of Poland, T-Mobile, Ikea, ING Group, Orange and Alior Bank.

This made them convinced that engineers who work in large organizations do not need a system that presents all available data about networks, devices and applications. What they need instead is selected, specific information presented as rapidly as possible. That is why Sycope was created.

Sycope as IWF member: a step toward greater security

At Sycope, we are committed to strengthening online safety by detecting and preventing harmful behaviors across the networks we monitor. Joining the Internet Watch Foundation is a natural step in this mission. By integrating IWF’s technical services and expertise, we can enhance the protection we provide to our customers and help combat the distribution of illegal and harmful content, including child sexual abuse material.

We believe that collaboration and shared knowledge are essential to creating a safer digital environment, especially for the youngest users. Through our partnership with IWF, we aim not only to contribute to global online safety efforts but also to continuously learn from leading experts to better understand emerging threats.

Tadeusz Dudek

CEO of Sycope. He has translated his education from SWPS University and Oxford Brookes University into IT work for years. Over the course of 21 years, he has worked at all levels of the organization from the position of Engineer to CEO. Between 2000 and 2005, he successfully introduced solutions from the world's largest manufacturers to the Polish market covering IT security, IT infrastructure monitoring and data transmission systems.
From 2009 - 2012 he was responsible for sales in start-up Datapolis, building sales network abroad, mainly in Middle East, DACH, USA markets. Average revenue growth in the projects he managed was 31% year-on-year. In 2014, he was one of the co-founders of Passus S.A., where he served as CEO.

Maciej Wilamowski

CIO of Sycope. Machine learning expert and consultant, passionate about working in data science and data mining. Author of applications and data processing systems developed in Python and Rust environments. In addition to his work as a consultant specializing in ML applications in business and commercial ML implementation projects for major companies operating in Poland, Maciej has held the roles of ML or BR work manager in three large projects co-financed by European funds. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw focusing his research activities in the area of experimental/behavioral economics and machine learning (ML).

Marcin Kaźmierczak

Solution Architect at Sycope. His professional passion is the area of computer network and storage infrastructure management. He has gained his experience with global Fortune 500 leaders in the telecommunications and technology industries, and designs IT strategies and architecture for domestic and international projects.
