The Sycope platform is built for fast, easy deployment: a single virtual machine, an intuitive install wizard, and immediate value for your NOC and SOC teams. But no two networks are the same. Your infrastructure, your monitoring stack, your security requirements, and your day-to-day workflows all shape what great visibility actually means for you.
That’s where our Professional Services come in. Working directly with the engineers who build Sycope, we extend, adapt, and integrate the platform so it fits your environment precisely — turning a powerful product into a solution that feels purpose-built for your organization.
Tailor the platform to your infrastructure and your brand.
This is where the platform starts to feel like yours.
We map dashboards to your topology, your critical services, and the metrics your teams actually watch — so your NOC and SOC read the network at a glance instead of hunting for signal. Where it matters, we align those views with your visual identity, keeping operational, management, and audit reporting consistent and easy to read.
The outcome is an environment shaped around your infrastructure, rather than a generic one you’re left to adapt to.

Turn the tools you already run into more than they are on their own.
Most of your infrastructure already generates something worth watching — but that signal is scattered across a dozen tools, each with its own console, its own quirks, and in some cases no usable interface at all. Suricata produces a rich event stream and no UI to speak of; Zabbix and vCenter give you interfaces, but make you switch between scattered systems with no way to correlate data from multiple sources.
We close that gap. Using scripts, configuration, and Sycope’s open APIs, we can pull data from almost any source — commercial or open source, purpose-built or homegrown — and land it in Sycope automatically, with the alerts and dashboards to match. Zabbix, Suricata, and vCenter are just familiar examples; if a system exposes its data, we can usually bring it in.
What you get is a genuine single pane of glass: one modern interface where signals from across your stack are correlated together, and each tool ends up worth more than it was alone.

Purpose-built components for problems no off-the-shelf tool covers.
Every so often a requirement is specific enough that no off-the-shelf product — ours included — was ever meant to cover it. When that happens, we build for it directly: dedicated software, engineered around a single problem and wired straight into Sycope so its output lands where you can analyze it.
This is usually not about building a large, universal system. It is about engineering a focused component that removes a specific constraint: collecting data from a difficult source, translating a non-standard format, enriching events, automating a workflow, or making a specialized signal usable inside Sycope.
If you’re up against something similar, there’s a good chance we can build the thing that solves it.

The clearest example is an application troubleshooting setup we built for a customer who needed to locate performance issues across network, application, WAN, and virtualization layers without jumping between tools.
The customer had the signals — SNMP counters, passive flow, probe timings, synthetic monitoring, SD-WAN statistics, and vCenter data — but each source told only part of the story. We brought them into one Sycope portal, so the same IPs, time window, and filters carried from one layer to the next. In practice, an analyst could move from “the CRM is freezing” to the confirmed root cause — datastore write latency on the ESXi host running the CRM database VM — without exporting data or manually reconciling timestamps. That is the point: not another dashboard, but one investigation thread from symptom to cause.

Tell us about your environment and what you’re trying to achieve — a tailored deployment, a new integration, or a piece of dedicated software — and we’ll give you a straight answer on what’s realistic and how we’d approach it.
